100 North Main, LLC is comprised of B. Ward Kellett, partner with SmithKellett Contracting, LLC, and Robert C. Benedict and David R. Arning, principles with Palmetto Preservation Works, LLC.

Mr. Kellett is a native of Fountain Inn and has acquired and redeveloped several historic properties downtown, including the popular Mary’s Restaurant.

Mr. Benedict is a licensed real estate broker with Carolina Holdings, Inc. and has developed several quality commercial and residential properties in unique urban environments and holds a Master of Historic Preservation.

Mr. Arning is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina and holds a Master of Historic Preservation.
